Kennaway is a busy ward with many staff working different shifts. This means that you lack continuity of care. Don't like single room, bit lonely. Would have been nice to have been asked. Nurses pretty good, some HCA less so. Urine bottles constantly left, always have to ask for them to be changed. Oak Ward had a nice team feel to it. But Flanagan was peaceful.

The time the nurses spent on me and their understanding & care. The ward was kept clean, beds changed every day, fresh water etc.
Found sleeping a little difficult, do not think there is much that can be done about that.
